The store

Ebookaros is an independently operated online bookstore based in the United States. We resell brand-new books sourced from publishers, distributors, and wholesale suppliers; we are not a publisher. Registered mailing address: 950 Pioneer Ave, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, United States — used for business correspondence, returns, and refund processing only. We do not operate a physical retail location open to the public.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or suspected fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

Pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change. The price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added afterwards.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and let us know promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Site to harm others, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.

Intellectual property

The Site name, logo, design, photography, and copy are owned by Ebookaros. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Book covers, titles, and descriptions remain the property of their respective publishers.

Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MT) by email and phone. We normally reply within one business day.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ebookaros's total liability arising from your use of the Site or any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
