Where does Ebookaros ship?
United States only — we do not currently ship internationally.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimum.
How long will my order take?
Handling time is 1–3 business days, and transit time is 2–5 business days, for a total delivery time of 3–8 business days. Our order cut-off is 2:00 PM Mountain Time (America/Denver); orders placed after it begin processing the next business day. We ship Monday–Friday via USPS or UPS.
What is your return policy?
Customers may return eligible new products within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition and original packaging. Returns are by mail using the free prepaid return label included in your package, and there is no restocking fee. Exchanges are accepted within the same 14 calendar days.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return, to original payment method, in USD.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe is our only payment method. All payments on Ebookaros are securely processed through Stripe using industry-standard encryption. We do not store your payment card information.
Do you collect sales tax?
Ebookaros does not currently collect sales tax at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Orders that have not yet been packed can usually be cancelled or changed. See our Cancellation Policy for the full process, or email us as soon as possible.

Who is behind Ebookaros?
Ebookaros is a small, independently operated online bookstore in the United States. It was started by someone who believes strong families begin with learning together, and it's run by the same small team that chooses the books.
Where do your books come from?
We buy from established publishers, distributors, and reputable wholesale suppliers. We are not a publisher and we have no exclusive partnerships. Every title is reviewed before we add it to the catalog.
How fast do you reply?
We normally reply within one business day, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MT).
Can I visit your address?
No. 950 Pioneer Ave, Riverton, Wyoming 82501, United States is our registered mailing address, used for business correspondence, returned merchandise, and refund processing only. Ebookaros operates entirely online and is not a retail storefront.
