We ship anywhere in the United States. We don't currently ship internationally.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days after that, for an estimated 4–7 business days total. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central begin processing the next business day.

How do returns and refunds work?

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused book by mail. We provide a free return label and refund to your original Stripe payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. There is no restocking fee.

Yes — exchanges are accepted, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and we'll set it up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments processed by Stripe, which includes major credit and debit cards. We do not accept PayPal, checks, money orders, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

Is there a physical store I can visit?

No. Ebookaros is an online-only bookstore. Our mailing address is used for correspondence and returns and is not a retail location.
