Cancellation Policy

Plans change. As long as your order has not been packed yet, you can cancel it at no cost and get your money back in full. This page explains how to do that, and what your options are once the parcel is already on its way.

Free cancellation before shipping

You may cancel any order at no cost as long as it has not yet been packed. Email support@ebookaros.shop with your order number and we will cancel it and refund your payment in full to the original payment method.

Changing an order instead of cancelling

To change a shipping address, swap a title, or adjust quantities, contact us as soon as possible with:

• Your order number.
• The email address used at checkout.
• What you would like changed.

We will do our best to make the change before processing begins and confirm by email either way.

After your order ships

Once an order has shipped we can no longer cancel it. You can still send it back under our Return & Refund Policy — 14 calendar days from delivery, by mail, using the free prepaid label included in your package, with no restocking fee.

Orders we cancel

We may cancel an order ourselves if:

• A book is out of stock at our supplier.
• A price or listing was published in error.
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of a payment method.

If that happens we email you to explain and refund the full amount to your original payment method. You are never charged for an order we cancel.

Response time

Cancellation requests are handled Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MT), normally within one business day. Requests sent at weekends or on public holidays are picked up the next business day.
